Inspiring you to keep a lifelong link with Queen’s is our mission. We want to keep you informed about the successes of today’s students but also celebrate your achievements.
We love to keep connected with our Old Members. Please update us if you move house or switch email; or if your title or name changes.
Have you had a book published, released a music album, made a film, or exhibited your art? Maybe you’ve won an award, sailed around the world, or been at the forefront of a scientific discovery. Whatever your news, work-related or otherwise, please share it with us – we may even include it in the next College Record!

The Queen’s Old Members Office has now moved to a new relationship management and communications system (DARS), which is used by the central University and many constituent colleges and departments.
This allows us to be more coordinated in our communications and opportunities for those of you who have relationships with other areas of the University: as alumni, donors, event attendees, spouses, parents, staff members etc.
Old Members of The Queen’s College can now log in to My Oxford Online account to view contact details and personal information held by the College, and also directly submit any changes or updates that need to be made to this data.
If you do not have a user account, you can register for one on the My Oxford Online portal.
Alternatively, you can email updates to oldmembers@queens.ox.ac.uk.
Any personal data you provide will be used to meet The Queen’s College’s legitimate interests of alumni and supporter engagement, fundraising and stewardship. You can opt out of receiving communications at any time by contacting oldmembers@queens.ox.ac.uk.
