Eligibility
Candidates who are a national of or resident of Cambodia, mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, for a period of at least seven years.
Value
The scholarship will include:
- University tuition fees payable directly to the University
- College fees, payable directly to the College
- an annual stipend to cover board and lodging and all other incidental expenses (the stipend will be payable in three instalments each year, with the first instalment a larger sum to cover initial costs)
- the cost of the UK Immigration Health Surcharge
- a standard economy class airfare to be reimbursed at cost to the Scholar from the place of residence to the United Kingdom at the beginning of studies, and for the return journey to the place of residence on completion of the Scholarship period
Duration
Periods of up to four years.

Please email your completed application form and accompanying materials to the Admissions and Graduate Administrator (admissions@queens.ox.ac.uk) by 5pm (GMT) on Monday 18 March 2024. The reference letter can be sent directly by your referee to the Admissions and Graduate Administrator (admissions@queens.ox.ac.uk). Application materials received after this time will not be considered. You must have already been offered a place to study at the University of Oxford in order to be considered for this scholarship, but you do not need to have named Queen’s as your college choice. If your application is successful, you will be required to transfer to Queen’s.
