Anna Davison, née Greenway (PPE, 1999)

Anna has been travelling the world to work on delivering some of the biggest global sports events. She was Head of Communications and Marketing at the British Equestrian Federation – a role which included being the press officer to the British Olympic and Paralympic Teams. This opened the door to a career in major sport events, such as the 2008 Paralympic Games in Beijing, two years delivering the London 2012 Games and recently a secondment to Paris with ParalympicsGB. Anna is currently a Senior Advisor working primarily on the Host City programme for UEFA EURO 2028.

Charlotte Eimer (Modern Languages, 1991)

Charlotte spent a decade working as an international news editor at the BBC, before changing career to lead digital transformation projects. She chaired the Global Women in News staff network throughout the pandemic. Leaving the security of a permanent role behind her, Charlotte set up her own business as a consultant and transformation coach, working with media companies across Europe. In 2025 she moved to a new sector in her current role as Assistant Director for Culture Transformation at the UK’s largest healthcare regulator.

Helena Lee (Literae Humaniores, 2000)

Helena is the features and special projects director of Harper’s Bazaar, and is responsible for the cultural content and strategy for the brand. She edits the annual supplements The Ultimate Travel Guide and Bazaar Art, celebrating women in the art world, and has led partnerships with luxury houses such as Tiffany & Co and Audemars Piguet. In February 2020, she founded the platform East Side Voices to raise the visibility of those of East and Southeast Asian heritage in Britain. Her book of the same name, exploring British ESEA identities, was published in January 2022.

Rhiannon Seah, née Morris (Mathematics, 2000)

Rhiannon qualified as an Actuary in 2009, and is a General Insurance specialist focussed on reserving and associated areas for Lloyd’s Syndicates, London Market Insurers and Multi-National Insurers and Reinsurers. After 20 years in consultancy (technically in one job!), she moved to work “in-house” in October 2023 and is now the Group Head of Reserving and Corporate Actuarial at Canopius. She works both in the City of London and at home in Teddington, South West London, where she lives with her husband and two children aged 12 and 10.

Dr Thoreya Swage (Physiological Sciences, 1979)

After a short career spell in psychiatry, Thoreya decided to go into NHS managemen, eventually becoming Director of Primary Care Development at West Surrey Health Authority. In 1997 she established her consultancy providing management services to the health service, as well as being a part-time lecturer. In 2014 Thoreya was appointed to the board of Barts Health as the first clinical Non-Executive Director. Thoreya is now retired and is pursuing areas of interest that she now has time for such as archaeology, travel, looking after grandchildren and has been a life-long ballet dancer.

Chloe Wolff (Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry, 2002)

Chloe is Founding Partner of intandem, an FT-award-winning consultancy specialising in growth strategy, innovation, and new ventures. Chloe co-founded intandem to unlock the untapped innovation potential within large organisations, helping them to shape and deliver their next £100m+ in new revenue. Her mission is to leave a legacy of transformative ventures she can proudly say, “We were part of that.” Whether guiding clients through uncertainty or navigating her own path, she has learned that however uncomfortable, change often unlocks growth.
