Join us for an Old Members’ Reception prior to the Commemoration Ball 2025 this summer.
Please note: This event is only open to Old Members and their guests who have already purchased tickets for the Ball.
So you’ve got your golden ticket to the Ball, but you haven’t been back to Queen’s in ages? Why not join us for the Reception, taking place before the start of the Ball on Friday 27 June, to meet other Old Members attending the Ball?
Hosted by the Old Members’ Office, this separate informal event brings together those with alumni tickets before it’s time to queue and enter College for the Commemoration Ball 2025. Join us for a free glass of fizz, wine or beer to gear you up for the evening from 4pm until 5.45pm and meet other Old Members before the festivities begin.Â
We have hired out the Oxford Wine Cellar on the High Street, a mere 5 minutes’ walk from College, to gather together. There are capacity limits so places must be booked in advance. Your guests are welcome to join you, although with limited spaces, we hope to see as many Old Members as possible.
The Reception is free of charge, but booking is essential. Reserve your place(s) now, and by no later than 12 June.
